Uncertainty is a powerful tool.
When we are uncertain, all options begin opening up.
It means, we can move in any direction- or stay.
It looks like we have it backwards, but really, uncertainty is pure detachment, it's freedom.
We might be scared of it, as it can feel unpleasant, but really, it’s all options we see and don’t see - in one place.
Since it often IS unpleasant, and in extreme cases painful, it’s easy to trample all over it and downplay the great energy it holds for us.
Because it’s this annoying place we are most likely stuck in, where we just can’t move forward - not even backwards ! - and do our thing, get to the solution, begin anew.
But if we strip it off such thinking and become really present to it, it's just this: A LOT of space. And in it options.
If we manage to leave the fear and panic it triggers aside, we open up to it’s magic.
Uncertainty is an open space to breathe and NOT to fear in.
It’s a space to rest. A space where we can enjoy time. Rejuvenate, reassess, realign, recalibrate… until clear direction and action forms again.
Let this sink in for a moment. Uncertainty has a bad reputation and with that we push it’s wonder aside.
We can exercise trust in it.
And here is the thing: We can form our direction in it as well. When we open up to seeing and feeling ALL of our options, we might pick one - a different one at that ! - and create direction with it, thus actively ending uncertainty. But that only works, if first we really become present to it.
So don’t trample all over it, instead stop and smell the flowers.
But right now, this wonderful moment, in open space, where you don’t hold onto anything and don’t let go, yet, where you do not push and do not pull, this moment, in mid air, where you don't know - if possible, enjoy it, but most of all let uncertainty close you in, sit you down, relax and unfold you and maybe then you begin to see…
It’s here to show you precisely what you are looking for:
